MESSAGE OF SYMPATHY TO NEPAL

The Prime Minister has sent the following message of sympathy to the Prime Minister of Nepal on recent floods there:

Excellency,

I am deeply saddened at the loss of precious lives and damage to property caused by floods and landslides due to Monsoon rains in Nepal .

On behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan , and on my own behalf, I wish to convey our deepest condolences to all those who have been affected by this natural calamity. Our prayers and sympathies are with the bereaved families. We are confident that the people of Nepal will quickly recover from this calamity.

Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
