THE FOREIGN MINISTER CONDOLES THE SHAHADAT OF SHEIKH ABDUL AZIZ
Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi visited the office of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) in Islamabad today to express condolence over the shahadat of Sheikh Abdul Aziz, Chairman J&K Peoples League. He expressed his grief to Shaikh Yaqoob, brother of Shaheed Abdul Aziz. Representatives of all components of APHC were also present.
Paying tribute to the sacrifices of the Kashmiri leadership, the Foreign Minister assured them of Pakistan’s full moral and diplomatic support to the Kashmir cause. The Foreign Minister regretted the excessive use of force by the Indian security forces against the Kashmiri people and called for an immediate end to violence in Jammu and Kashmir.
