Following are the condolence messages from the President, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Amir of the State of Kuwait on the demise of former Amir of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Saad Abdullah Al-Sabaht:

It is with profound sense of grief and sorrow that I have learnt about the passing away of His Highness Sheikh Saad Abdullah Al-Sabah, 14 th Amir of Kuwait. The people of Pakistan join me to deeply condole the death of His Highness the late Amir of Kuwait.
His Highness the Amir was a man of extraordinary abilities and a visionary leader. He will always be remembered for his courageous role that he played at the critical juncture of history of Kuwait . His remarkable contribution in transforming Kuwait into a modern country would be an important part of the history of your country.
May Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant fortitude and courage to the family and the nation to bear this irreparable loss.

His Highness the Amir was an exceptional personality and will be remembered for his courage and leadership qualities. His un-compromising stand on the sovereignty and freedom of Kuwait during the critical period of your history was testimony of his audacity and love for his country.
