The Government of Pakistan strongly condemns the terrorist attack in Lower Dir today which has caused a loss of precious lives of both Pakistani and US nationals and injuries to several.

We mourn the loss of innocent lives and convey our sincere sympathy and condolences to the members of the bereaved families.

Such inhuman acts of terror only serve to fortify Pakistan's resolve to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
