I was deeply saddened to learn about the demise of the former King of Malaysia and the Ruler of the State and Territories of Johor Darul Takzim, His Majesty Sultan Iskandar Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Ismail.

I would like to convey deep felt condolences on my own behalf and on behalf of the government and the people of Pakistan, who share the sorrow and grief felt in fraternal Malaysia on this sad occasion.

Our prayer is that Allah Almighty may grant fortitude to the bereaved members of the Royal Family of the State and Territories of Johor Darul Takzim and the fraternal people of Malaysia.
