When his attention was drawn to a Washington Post story about Dr. A.Q Khan, the Spokesman said that it is yet another repackaging of fiction, which surface occasionally for purposes that are self-evident. Dr. A.Q Khan is a closed chapter. Pakistan's non-proliferation credentials are second to none and its export controls foolproof, the Spokesman added.
