CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM THE FOREIGN MINISTER TO VIETNAM

Following is the text of condolence message from the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam:-

Excellency,

We have been shocked and saddened at the loss of precious lives and damage to property caused by Typhoon Hagupit and massive floods in the northern provinces of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan and on my own behalf, I would like to convey heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and all those who have been affected by this terrible natural calamity. We are sure that the resilient people of Vietnam will recover from the aftermath of this disaster in the shortest period of time
