Consular Services



Passports (New)

Requirements

- 3 recent coloured photographs (passport size).
- Previous original passport accompanied by photocopies of the first 4 pages.
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) [original &photocopy versions].
- CNIC/NICOP/Birth Certificate for children below 12 years.
- Photocopies of parents’ valid passports if applicant is below 12 years.
- Completely filled in passport application form.
- Fee: TND 61.000 for ordinary delivery within 7 days.
TND 101.000 for urgent delivery after 24 hours.
 
Passports (Children/Infants)
Requirements- 3 recent coloured photographs (passport size).
-  Previous original passport (if any) accompanied by photocopies of the first 4 pages.
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) [original &photocopy versions].
- Birth Certificate.
- Photocopies of both parents’ valid passports if applicant is below 12 years.
- Completely filled in passport application form.
- Fee: TND 61.000 for ordinary delivery within 7 days.
TND 101.000 for urgent delivery after 24 hours.






Passports (Loss)
Requirements         -   4 recent coloured photographs(passport size).
-          Photocopies of the first 4 pages of lost travel document.
-          CNICor NICOP (original &photocopy versions).
-          CNIC/NICOP/Birth Certificate for children below 12 years.
-          Photocopies of parents’valid passports if applicant is below 12 years
-          Completely filled in passport application form.
-          In the event thatthe lost passport was not issued by Parep Tunis, 4-6 weeks would be required for verification.
-          Fee:  TND  122.000 (Ordinary) for 1stloss.
TND  202.000 (Urgent) for 1stloss.
TND  244.000  (Ordinary) for 2nd  loss.
TND 404.000  (Urgent) for 2nd  loss.
 
 
Ø  It may be noted that an Emergency Passport would be issued after the 2nd loss.
 
Emergency Passport (Single Sheet Outpass)
 
  Requirements  -    Police report signifying loss/theft of passport.
-          Copy of lost travel document.
-       CNIC/NICOP (original &photocopy versions).
 





ISSUANCE OF VISA WITH CRITERION
 
Diplomatic/Official 
Pakistan and Tunisia have in place the Visa Abolition Agreement which is reciprocal for those possessing diplomatic and official passports. No visa is required and the bearer can reside in Pakistan/Tunisia for a period of 90 days sans visa.
Tourism
       Requisites  -   Original passport with photocopy.
                        -   Two recent coloured passport size snapshots.
                        -   Dully filled in visa application form.
                        -   Written invitation of sponsor with full address, telephone
                             Numbers and other antecedents.
                        -   Fee: TND 62.000 (both for single/multiple entry visa)
 
Business
Requisites    - Recommendation letter of local Tunisian firm/company
                        -  Invitation letter from enterprise/business organization               in Pakistan.
               -  Passport (original &photocopy versions).
               -  Two recent coloured passport size snapshots.
               -  Fee: TND 153.000
Education
Requisites     -  NOC of local Tunisian government /municipality.
                   -  Approval of Pakistani institution/university/education board
                       After clearance from relevant Pakistani agencies.
                   -  Other requirements would be the same as for regular visas.
                   -  Fee: TND 62.000
 
Conference/Seminar
     Requisites    -   Original passport with photocopy.
                        -   Two recent coloured passport size snapshots.
                        -   Dully filled in visa application form.
                        -   Introductory letter of applicant’s employer as well as written
 invitation of sponsor with full address, telephone numbers
and other antecedents.
                        -   Fee: TND 62.000






Journalist/NGO
 Requisites       -   Valid Passport (original &photocopy versions).
                        -   Two recent coloured passport size snapshots.
                        -   Dully filled in visa application form.
                        -   Introductory letter of applicant’s employer as well as written
invitation of sponsor with full address, telephone numbers.
                        -   The introduction letter has to vividly state the purpose
                              behind the prospective visit.
                        -    Fee: TND 62.000
 
Ø  All visa requests are to be accompanied by flight reservations clearly specifying return journey.
Ø  The aggregate time duration for processing visa requests is 5-7 working days.
Ø  Notwithstanding the above time duration, JOURNALIST & NGO VISA requests would be dispatched to Islamabad for authorization which would span 4-6 weeks.







MISCELLANEOUS CONSULAR& ATTESTATION SERVICES
 
Marriage Certificate
In the event of a marriage union between consenting adults from Pakistan and Tunisia, this would entail the production of the original &photocopy versions of the valid passports belonging to both parties. Similarly, original & photocopy versions of the valid identity/residence cards of the applicants would have to be presented.

An affidavit on stamp paper from the Pakistani parents testifying that the individual is unmarried and they have, therefore, No Objection to the marriage union (name of applicant with father’s name) with the Tunisian spouse (name of spouse with father’s name and identification card details).

The affidavit must be attested by a Pakistani civil magistrate followed by the endorsement of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (Islamabad/Lahore/Peshawar/Karachi/Quetta). The affidavit has to be accompanied by copies of CNIC/NICOP of the concerned individual as well as of the parents. A copy of the applicant’s passport will also be required.
 



Specific Purpose Certificates
Upon submitting the passport and CNIC/residence card in original and photocopy versions-as well as ancillary documents-certificates underscoring specific purposes would be prepared.
 



Attestation/Endorsement
This would be undertaken upon the submission of the original version of the document against which the requisite photocopy would be duly attested. Original and photocopy versions of the valid passport and CNIC/residence card of the applicant would also be contingent to requirements.

- Fee: TND 12
 

  • The time span for processing requests for certificates/letters of credence/attestations would be one working day provided that applicants ensure compliance with requirements in entirety.

 








Délivrance de visas avec les critères
 

Diplomatique / officiel

Pakistan et la Tunisie ont mis en place l'accord de suppression de visa qui est réciproque pour ceux qui possèdent des passeports diplomatiques et officiels. Aucun visa n'est nécessaire et le titulaire peut résider au Pakistan / Tunisie pour une période de 90 jours sans visa.




Visite / Tourisme

Documents nécessaires

- Deux dernières photos en couleur de format passeport.
- Formulaire de demande de visa bien remplie.
- Invitation écrite du sponsor avec l'adresse complète, téléphone Les chiffres et les autres antécédents.

Affaire

Documents nécessaires  

- Ordre de mission de l'entreprise / société Tunisienne locale
- Lettre d'invitation de l'entreprise / société au Pakistan.
- Passeport (original et photocopie).
- Deux dernières photos en couleur de format passeport.
- Tarif: 153.000 TND.



Etudiant
Documents nécessaires

- NOC gouvernement tunisien / municipalité locale.
- Approbation des Institutions Pakistanaises / Université / Conseil de l'Education  après Le décharge  des agences Pakistanaises compétentes.
 - Autres Documents sont les mêmes que pour les visas réguliers.
 - Tarif: 62.000 TND
 


Conférence / Séminaire

Documents nécessaires  
       

- Passeport original avec une photocopie.
- Deux dernières photos en couleur de format passeport.
- Formulaire de demande de visa bien remplie
- Lettre d'introduction de l'employeur du demandeur de visa et une invitation du sponsor avec l'adresse complète, les numéros de téléphone et d'autres antécédents.

Journaliste /ONG

Documents nécessaires     
- Passeport valide (original et photocopie).
- Deux dernières photos en couleur de format passeport.
- Formulaire de demande de visa bien remplie
- Lettre d'introduction de l'employeur du demandeur de visa et une invitation du sponsor avec l'adresse complète, les numéros de téléphone et d'autres antécédents.
- Lettre d'introduction mentionnant d’une façon claire le but de la visite prospective. 
- Tarif: 62.000 TND.
 

  • Toutes demandes visas doivent être accompagnées par des tickets de réservation  précisant clairement le voyage de retour.
  • La durée  du traitement des demandes de visa est de 5-7 jours ouvrables.
  • Malgré la durée ci-dessus, les demandes JOURNALISTE & ONG VISA seraient envoyées à Islamabad pour   l’autorisation qui dure 4-6 semaines.
